I am so excited to share this interview I did with Amanda Hannon, a licensed psychologist with a huge heart for others. Amanda is passionate about working with children, adolescents, and adults to better cope with their depression and anxiety. She is also passionate about helping others manage relationship difficulties  and life transitions. As a whole Amanda wants to empower others to improve their self-worth and cultivate more self-compassion.

Amanda and I talk about her own journey to where she is today, as well as the importance of defining your self-worth not based on what you DO but rather on who you ARE as a human being. Amanda and I discuss the pitfalls of living a life where we are constantly striving for the next goal to be attained or for the next obstacle to be overcome.

Amanda also shares her experience working with women who have gone through divorce. She explains the importance of being patient, as well as the importance of extending ourselves grace as we navigate what many find to be a very difficult transition.

This episode is packed full of beautiful truth and wisdom and I have no doubt that you will be inspired by what Amanda has to say.
