This week on the Girls 4 Greatness podcast I am chatting with the former Mrs. Utah, Cherie Burton, who is a true pioneer when it comes to spiritual psychology. Her evolutionary STAND SPEAK SHINE method transforms women into authentically embodied and empowered feminine leaders.

We not only dive into what that all means, but Cherie also shares her very personal struggle with mental illness in her family and how that has played a crucial role in molding her into the powerful influencer she is today. Cherie is a mother of 6, an author, an international speaker, and the host of the Women Seeking Wholeness podcast. Cherie is also an avid researcher and teacher of the Divine Feminine. She has written and produced audios, training programs and led transformational retreats all on this subject as well.

Cherie and I talk about the importance of actually waking up to who we really and truly are and the importance of tuning into our senses. We also discuss how our mental wellness is wrapped up in so much more than just the thoughts we think.

I have no doubt that Cherie’s wisdom and truth will challenge and inspire you to take a deeper look at not just the way you think, but how your own self-care plays such a vital role in your overall wellness.

Please be sure to find and follow Cherie over on Facebook under @CherieBurtonPage and on Instagram under @cherie.burton.
