Santoria Sawyer has overcome odds that many of us can only fathom. Having been exposed to a life of drugs, domestic violence and sexual abuse as a child, Santoria indeed had the odds stacked against her. However, this amazing woman decided to instead focus on what she could do to move through her situation and actually better herself.

I invite you all to listen in on this beautiful story of resiliency and strength as Santoria takes us through her inspiring life journey thus far. Santoria and I discuss not only her past and how her focus on education played a major role in moving her beyond her childhood surroundings, but we also discuss what we all can do to move through circumstances and situations that have us feeling stuck.

Santoria was the valedictorian of her high school class, and she went on to earn a degree at Ohio State University. She is now the corporate manager at one of the fastest-growing private companies in America, and she also has her own motivational speaking company, Santoria Speaks. Santoria is also the author of The Broken Crayon…That Colored Still, a self-help book wrapped up in a memoir about Santoria’s life journey.

Santoria’s heart and passion for empowering others to heal their own brokenness is an inspiration to us all. Please be sure to check out her website, https://www.santoriaspeaks.com/about-us. And also be sure to find and follow Santoria over on Instagram under @santoriaspeaks.
